Question: I chew coffee beans which beans are best?

I have been known to smoke some tobacco on occasion and i have never cared much for drinking coffee but i have always had a habit of chewing coffee beans raw from the bag. Since there are hundreds of coffees as there are hundreds of tobaccos which would be the best country to start sampling from
