What is a good name for my new cafe?
I am having trouble naming my new cafe. It is sort of a bakery coffee shop. Baked goods are made fresh daily. The whole design of the shop is a sort of modern retro twist with couches and small tables and chairs. It's a place for relaxation and socialization. There will be live music sometimes. The whole place is sort of like the central perk off of friends. If you have any good ideas please let me know. thanks

Don't know how a latte is made exactly, but I get sick from even a small portion of milk and my experiences suggest that they are not cleaning every drop of milk out of the equipment.

What is the difference between a latte, cafe au lait, and a cappucino?
I think I can distinguish between a latte cap and cafe au lait. Cafe au lait is regular brewed coffee and milk, where as latte and cappucino are espresso with milk. But what is the difference between a latte and a cappucino?So essentially, a latte just has more milk and less foam, is it? And was I correct about the cafe au lait?
