Question: Does cafe extend your growth?

If by cafe you mean coffee, then no, it doesn't.

Are you speaking of coffee? or caffeine? or both? If you are, then coffee, tea, chocolate and some drugs contain caffeine (trimethylxanthine- in pure form it is a white crystalline powder that tastes very bitter). Caffeine is a (medically) cardiac stimulant and a mild diuretic. It can 'boost energy' (when used recreationally - coffee, tea, boost drinks, etc) - also seemingly more alertness. It causes blood vessels to dilate (widen). Caffeine is an addictive drug. there is no medical or scientific proof that caffeine either stunts or extends your growth. Like anything else, too much caffeine is not beneficial to your overall health.
