Mocha is the flavor you get when you combine coffee flavor and chocolate flavor or in this case coffee and chocolate. latte means milk, so mocha latte would be a chocolate flavored coffee with milk products in it.

Well from my experience with buying coffee, and although I rarely get a mocha latte, I would think they are actually one and the same, its all according to the cafe's menu.
