Is coffee bad or good?

Question: Is coffee bad or good?

I know its bad for the insulin but with exercise it doesn't affect you much. True or false? A lot of people nowadays are saying coffee is good but some say it's bad. So... I'm confused.

I think it shall have no effect on the human body. There is nothing but rumors about how it can make you short or bald there is no scientific proof of it and there will be no proof until further more tests.

Coffee isn't a problem for diabetics (insulin), caffeine is. The same amount of caffeine in one cup of coffee is also in 3 cups of black tea, so tea could be said to be bad for diabetics. If you're diabetic, just drink decaf (it's better for everyone). As to the teeth: Black tea stains as much as coffee, but it's not so bad if you brush your teeth regularly. Tea contains fluoride which is good fr your teeth, but bad for your thyroid. Coffee has been shown to reduce the chances of Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Type II diabetes. It's a mood enhancer and is good for the liver. Anything taken to excess is bad (even water), and coffee has some bad points for a small percentage of people. Overall, coffee is good for you.
