Question: What is the best herbal coffee substitute?

I need to get off coffee, because of its acidity (it upsets my stomach) and the obvious problems with caffeiene. But I want something that tastes like coffee too. Help?

There is a new herbal coffee alternative called Ayurvedic Roast which I've personally liked better than Teecino or Pero. It actually tastes like coffee, and is all organic.
