Question: Does redbull mess up coffee in take?
(Posted by: LadyR on 2010-02-08 12:16:08)
10 months ago I was drinking red- bulls for the energy boost at the gym. Until one day I started feeling bad from the caffeine in take.. Wondering how much caffeine is to much especially if your drinking red bulls. Well I visited a medical clinic near by the gym because I was feeling bad. I was having headaches , and everything. I even had panic attacks. The doctor told me to not drink red- bulls any more which I did stop for the past 10 months , and that I should come completely off caffeine. That means I shouldn't even be drinking coffee. Well I have tried drinking maybe 1 cup a day which is my body's limit. If I drink two cups I start feeling bad again. Should I do a longer caffeine withdraw and does RedBull mess up coffee in take???????????????? |

When you work out, you lose water. Caffeine also tends to make you lose water in your body. Stop drinking caffeine and drink lots and lots of water. |

Actually, a lot of people recommend one cup of coffee per day to boost metabolism. I think this would be okay as long as your body is fine with it. If you get stomach pains, cramps or headaches then obviously stop and stick to just drinking a cup of water right when you wake up and an apple. |

I think red-bull(And other Energy drinks) have the caffeine equivalent of 3 cup of strong coffee. You can figure out how much caffeine you're getting that way. |
