Don't have milk or cream. Is there a way to make it less strong? Thanks!

Using less coffee grounds will cause over extraction and bitterness. If the coffee is too strong don't use less, brew it normally and then dilute it with hot water. This is the method for making an Americano. Americano is espresso with water added. It was meant as a bit of cut on Americans since they liked a milder brew. It's how I make it for my wife; I just add water to her cup first.

Use less coffee or a milder/ mellower coffee. Mellow Birds for example. Decaf coffee is weaker in general too. Hope this helps

Water. If you have instant milk powder, that will work also, or even canned evaporated milk is good in coffee.
