Stimulates your body, so you won't feel sleepy/ tired. It is delicious. Stimulates your digestive system, helping you have bowel movements. negatives: can result in high blood pressure. Can give you a heart attack. Has fat. You might experience a crash eventually.

A good thing about coffee, is that it helps you stay awake more, and gives you more energy. The bad thing is that it can be addicting because of the caffeine. Although coffee is not the only thing that has it. yet, if you become addicted to it, pretty soon you will be drinking more that 4 cups a day. Every time that you feel like you need something sweet, you will go and drink some. So, its pretty addicting, unless you only take like one a day....

You get energy for a short period of time.. It may wake you up.. Its good... BAD.. Yellow teeth energy crash bad breath It could be gross

Positives - its a stimulant that gives energy, it contains antioxidants to promote healthy blood clotting, it supresses hunger so can be an aid to weight loss, it promotes bowel momevements, it makes you sociable if you drink in a coffee shop! negatives - it is dehydrating so you should replenish body with extra water, it is addictive so could become reliant on it, it can stain your teeth, taken too closely to bed it can affect sleep (can stay in body for up to 8 hours so if you have a cup at 2pm and try and sleep at 9pm it could stil be in your system) ,
