I drink hot in the cold weather and iced in the summer. |

When it's made with just the right amount of milk and sugar, nothing beats an iced coffee on a hot day. |

I like hot coffee, I love ice-coffee, but I hate hot coffee that has become cold ;) |

I would surely have a cold coffee as cold as with the bits of ice in it, that could well make it a coffee slush. lol |

As a home roaster I like my coffee warm. Too hot and I burn myself, so I prefer to allow it to cool just a bit. However, I have found that fresh roasted coffee isn't like the stuff from cans. I am able to 'taste' a lot of different flavors from the same cup of coffee as it cools, all the way down to room temperature. It also has different flavors when made into iced coffee. So I can't really say one area is better than another in regard to temperature. Flavors like spices, to fruits, to chocolates to floral .....and with coffees from all over the world (each being different in their flavors) I have a hard time even attempting to pin down a favorite coffee much less a favorite temperature.... All I can say is...My coffee, hot or cold don't taste like nothing from a red or blue can.... |
