Question: True or false? coffee stunts growth?

I'm 4'10 and I'm 14 almost 15. My mom is 5'1 and my dad is 5'9. I have coffee almost everyday but only one cup. PLEASE TELL ME! I'm the shortest one in the grade! I'm probably the shortest person in the grade below me too! |

Think its a bit of an old wives tale but it has other negative effects as your drinking it from such a young age. Try an experiment, stop drinkin it for a while and see what happens. |

There's a possibility that you just inherited your mom's height that's why your small. Drinking coffee doesn't stunt growth but rather keep you awake. |

That's an old wive's tale and it's false. Coffee does not stunt your growth. Remember that you are still growing, but your mom is shorter too and height is hereditary. |
