Question: Is hot chocolate or coffee better to drink with braces??

Neither when it comes to brace because they both will leave white marks that can cause cavaties. However on opinion hot chocolate:)

Hot chocolate generally would be better since coffee stains teeth faster that hot chocolate would. However, remember that hot chocolate (milk), has a lot of sugar. This can lead to cavities (especially on someone with braces). Be sure to brush and floss thoroughly after drinking it.

Drink whatever you want. just make sure you brush your teeth after really good to prevent staining and stuff like that. basically, neither is better than the other, so drink which ever you want. :-)

You can wear braces or a belt drinking either. You could even have no trousers on.
