Yes. I am lactose intolerant and drink lots. (I use plastic creamer (Coffee-mate) in coffee). I perfer decaf.

Yes if you want to use a milk substitute, use soya milk, takes some getting used to though! But you can drink your tea/ coffee black with no problem :D

Give soy milk a shot, put very little. If you still get negative reactions, you can drink tea or coffee on its own, with no creamers or milk.
