Question: How do u make a skinny vanilla latte without espresso machine?

I don't have an espresso maching:( so what can i use as a substitute? also, what are the ingredients and steps to make a skinny vanilla latte? thanks in advance:) |

A latte is foamed milk + espresso, so without an espresso maker, I don't think you could make it. (Skinny I believe just means with lowfat milk.) Best bet would likely be coffee with vanilla cream. However, if you really like lattes (as do I), there are good espresso makers out there for $30, which you can use to foam the milk and everything. I find it well worth it. |

If you heat the milk in a pan, it will foam with a whisk. |

You can not, by definition, make a latte without espresso. If you did have an espresso machine the steps would be simple. 1. steam nonfat milk 2. pull shots 3. put shots in a cup with sugar free vanilla syrup (available at any Starbucks for about $8 a liter) and immediately add steamed milk Alternatively you could make a cafe au lait by adding steamed (or warmed) nonfat milk to fresh brewed coffee (1/ 3 milk to 2/ 3 coffee) and sweeten with sugar free vanilla syrup. |
