Question: Folgers classic roast instant coffee crystals//: nutrition?

Is there any calories in Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee? If there is how much is in a tablespoon? I am wanting to know so if it did have calories, I don't drink too much of it and then there would go my whole breakfast. Thanks.

If you have a container of the Folgers Coffee, look at the "Nutrition Facts " on the back or the sides of the container and look in the calories and fat sections of the tab. If the container doesn't have one, I will say it is 99.9% it is between 99 calories and 200 calories. Only water has 0 calories. Other foods and liquids except water has calories. A teaspoon of that coffee is an average of a teaspoon is 6 calories so you better watch your weight on the Folgers Classic Roast Instant Coffee Chrystals.
