Question: Looking for the recipe for gingerade from island lava java in kailua kona hawaii?

My wife and I visited Hawaii in February, we stopped by this great reastaraunt on the water in Kailua- Kona on our way to the volcano park. We purchased this wonderful concoction called Gingeraide made with real ginger root. At first it was a bit strong but on the dry desert like land around Kilauea, it turned out to be one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. I have tried to “remake� this drink with little success. Can anybody help me? Mahalo
