Is you talking about KAVA that POLYNESIANS drink??!?!?!? if so, KAVA is roots from the ground & its mixed with water and filterd through to seperate the roots & dirt. it NUMBS mouths n best used if you POLYNESIAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!
