Question: How old do you have to be to work at a latte stand?

Depends on the US state. Usually 16 years old due to child labor laws. Some states allow 15 and a half or 15 but some other states can charge a "student wage " which is less than the state's minimum wage, and cannot allow them to work over a certain number of hours per week because of school.
