Question: How do i make a raspberry latte without the milk curdling?

I have tried putting the raspberry in with the shots then adding milk and it still curdled!

Hi Pool I, Raspberries are quite acidic. you could do as the other answerer says and add some cream to your raspberries then your milk with a little honey or sugar and see if that works.All the best.Rab
