Question: Is non trendy (frapa, mocha,latte,....) coffee drinking rare among younger people?

I am about 23 and it just seems like no one in my age bracket will drink coffee that comes out of a coffee pot like I do, is normal coffee drinking a rarity now adays?

I think with young people, trendier drinks are certainly more popular but I don't think it's rare to find people that still drink just your regular coffee. Younger people drinker trendier, sweeter drinks I think because they were raised on that stuff and raised with a sweeter tooth. I know growing up, that wasn't the case for me or for most people I know so we do still appreciate just a regular cup of coffee. Don't worry about 23 year olds drinking frappuccinos and lattes because ultimately, they'll be spending more on their coffee than you so you'll have a few extra dollars they might not have to do stuff and splurge on an overpriced muffin. ;D

I've been drinking coffee since I was about sixteen, and it's always been the plain old brewed stuff from a pot. I think kids who are new to having their own money and spending it unsupervised can easily become convinced (e.g. by ads) that it's normal to have fancy whipped-cream-topped latte drinks every day. But they'll find out before long that it's an expensive habit, and they'll have to decide whether they want to give it up.
