Question: What is in a white mocha americano with steamed breve?

I'm not exactly sure how you mix a mocha and an americano and breve into one drink.

I would think that the person ordering is trying to sound "smart " about ordering coffee. But, if I were to make that when I was at Starbucks, I would have put pumps of white mocha, then espresso shots. Then, I'd pour in the hot water, but leave about two inches of space, then add the steamed breve. I don't know how it would taste, probably like a watered down white mocha in my book.

Appropriate number of pumps of the White Chocolate Mocha sauce, appropriate number of espresso shots, hot water and a bit of breve (steamed half and half). It would probably taste like a sweet, sort of white chocolate tasting coffee with cream. Really it's no different than adding cream and sugar (lots and lots of sugar) to a flavored coffee.
