Latte is textured plain milk and espresso (may have flavors added as desired) mocha is steamed milk, chocolate and espresso (may come with whip) mocha latte usually means the want the air in the milk so it's textured like a latte french vanilla is a flavor that's equal parts hazelnut and vanilla coffee is usually plain brewed in different styles, but not concentrated like espresso |

This is a little over-simplified, but should answer your question: Latte - espresso + steamed milk Cappuccino - latte + milk foam Cafe Mocha - latte + chocolate syrup French vanilla - an artificial flavoring (usually a syrup) added to coffee drinks Coffee - brewed coffee beans Espresso - concentrated coffee brewed under pressure |

A latte is espresso with milk, cafe mocha is espresso with chocolate and milk, french vanilla is just a flavor and its good you can add it to anything, and plain coffee is just coffee beans. espresso is concentrated coffee. its stronger they steam dark coffee beans to make it more concentrated. |

The first answer was exactly right. Though... I read in a dictionary once that cappuccino was coffee with cinnamon. Yeah... no. A cappuccino is half foamed milk, half steamed milk, and then espresso. |
